I am a London-based arts writer and curator with a special interest in cinema, photography, and women’s practice. My current projects include major temporary exhibitions at the Victoria and Albert Museum, and 2A Films, a repertory cinema programme of which I am founder and co-director. Previously, I worked on temporary exhibitions and Mathematics: The Winton Gallery, a permanent gallery, at the Science Museum, London. In the past, I have worked for organisations including Bristol Festival of Photography, Royal West of England Academy and the Fashion Museum. My writing has appeared in publications including Little White Lies, Article, Photomonitor and The Observer. You can read some examples here.
I am available for freelance writing and curating commissions and would love to hear about any projects you think I’d be interested in. Please contact irisveysey[at]gmail[dot]com with any queries. You can also find me on LinkedIn, or follow me on Twitter.
